Located and doing business in the state of South Carolina, we participate in many aspects of General Construction, Contracting, Real Estate, Property Management and the Building Trades Industries.

Although considered a General Contracting firm, our company Specializes in several disciplines and considers itself primarily a Specialty and Subcontracting company. Our offices are located in Anderson and Charleston, South Carolina, and our crews perform daily and contractual functions up to a 100 mile radius of each office.  Service areas cover all of South Carolina, portions of Georgia, North Carolina and in certain circumstances beyond.

Specialty Trades and Services performed by Moats Construction Company include Civil, Concrete, Masonry, Metal Shapes, Framing and Fabrication, Specialty Roofing and Marine Construction, all by qualified Tradesmen and Personnel. We also offer Selective and Complete Demolition, Crushing, Sreening, Building Material Reclamation, Concrete Breaking and Sawing, Dump Truck, Freight, and Roll-Off Container services.  We are a Coating and Surfaces Material Supplier and Contractor specializing in Surface Cleaning and Preparation, Concrete Staining, Polishing, Epoxy Coating and Sealing.  In addition we supply Constuction Materials to customers including Crushed Stone, Washed Sand, Top Soil, Structural Fill, Recycled Concrete, Asphalt and Brick.
